You don’t need to put your dental care on hold. ClearChoice Dental Implant Center of Denver is now offering free virtual consultations, so you can have a one-on-one conversation about dental implant treatment options from the privacy and comfort of your own home.
This is an important step in restoring your dental health, so we’re providing instructions and information on how to get the most out of your virtual consultation with ClearChoice.

In preparation for your virtual consultation with ClearChoice, please complete the following 3 steps at least 24 hours before your appointment. Instructions for each step are below.
Taking a few photos of your teeth and uploading them to our secure platform will help inform the discussion about your dental issues.*
Grab your smartphone, find an area with good lighting, and ask a family member or friend to help you take the photos.
Remember to wash your hands before touching your face or mouth. Also, if you wear a removable dental piece (like a denture, partial, flipper, or snap-on veneers), please remove it before taking your photos.

Focus in your photos is important–please review your photos to ensure that they are sharp and clear, and focused on your mouth and teeth. Avoid taking and submitting full face photos.
You should now have 3-4 photos taken that are in focus and show clear views of your teeth. Please fill out the form below, then select “Browse files” to add your photos. You may add them one at a time. When you have all photos listed in the box and a fully completed form, select “Upload” to securely send them.

*By uploading and transmitting your photos, you consent to the use of such photos by the ClearChoice doctor(s) and clinical staff for purposes of preliminary discussions about your dental condition. A conclusive diagnosis or individualized treatment plan cannot be provided during the virtual consultation. After the virtual consultation, a no-cost, in-person visit can be scheduled (including diagnostic imaging such as an iCat scan) to confirm your diagnosis and determine a final treatment plan. No dental treatment will be performed until a full in-person tactile and visual examination has occurred.
